The Las Vegas, Nevada-based company plans to sell the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania casino for $1.3 billion to Wind Creek Hospitality, an Alabama-based company that is controlled by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians.
Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) will report earnings after the close of regular New York Stock Exchange trading.
