Paris Baguette Bakery Cafe is going to open in Bethlehem, according to the Facebook page of James Balliet Property Group.
The cafe will be at 30 W. Broad St. No opening date has been set.
The French-style chain sells desserts, pastries, beverages, sandwiches, salads, wraps and more. The look of the stores is reminiscent of the patisseries of Paris.
The chain has stores in New York City, and has a plan for 1,000 in the U.S. by 2030. The operation is based in Moonachie, New Jersey.
The closest French Baguette to the Lehigh Valley is on Route 206 in Montgomery, New Jersey (Somerset County).
