Lehigh Valley Ramblings reports that Northampton County’s judges have brought in private security guards at the Juvenile Justice Center, where youthful offenders are kept.
The bill so far is a little over $344,000, Bernie O’Hare reports. Keeping order at the center is difficult, and the job doesn’t pay a lot. However, see the link below for whether bringing in a private business meets county standards:
