The Yurkonic Agency has acquired J L Davis Insurance for an undisclosed price, expanding its presence in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
The Gilbertsville-area agency is now Yurkonic’s 16th location. It is the eighth firm acquired by Allentown-based Yurkonic.
J L Davis has been operating for more than 30 years.
Both agencies focus on personal and commercial insurance.
The Yurconic Agency was founded in 1969. It works with Keystone Agency Partners, founded in 2020 with affiliates of Bain Capital LP.
