The office building at 3570 Hamilton St. in South Whitehall Township has been sold for $2.8 million, according to Lehigh County property records.

St. Luke’s University Hospital Network operates a primary-care medical office in the three-story building.

The buyer is listed as Vista Venture, a limited liability corporation (LLC) that is based in a private home in Upper Macungie Township. The seller was an LLC that uses the property address as its name.
