A 53.5-acre rural tract of land in Lehigh Township has been sold for $1.35 million, according to Northampton County property records.
A real estate ad earlier listed the site as “designed for subdivision into 34 prime lots.”
The address is 1225 Quince Road. The property is bounded by Quince, Myrtle and Timberline roads, and Route 946. It has a Walnutport mailing address.
The buyer is listed as Cornerstone Land Development, a limited liability company based in Bushkill Township.
At $1.35 million, the price works out to $25,234 per acre.
