The Linden Lofts apartments are on the market, according to a real estate website.
Prices for one-bedroom units at the 2966 Linden Street, Bethlehem, building start at $1,815 per month, while two-bedroom spaces go as high as $2,235, the site says.
The four-story building is on land behind a gas station, with the entrance through the old Stefano’s restaurant. The former owners of Stefano’s sold the restaurant and the land behind it for development.
In 2021, the City of Bethlehem approved the plans for the apartment building and a new, smaller restaurant on the site of Stefano’s. The apartments are ready, but no new restaurant is up yet.
Some neighbors objected to the height of the building when the Linden Lofts project went through the planning process.
The apartments are on a busy stretch of Linden Street, about 1.5 miles south of two big shopping centers. They are across the street from Walgreens, a daycare center and what will become a Community Bank N.A. branch in a former Truist office.
