Fulton Financial Corp., the holding company of Fulton Bank, has named Richard Kraemer as chief financial officer and senior vice president.
He replaces interim CFO Betsy Chivinski, who will retire at the end of this year.
Kraemer has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and is a graduate of Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
Lancaster-based Fulton operates more than 200 financial centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. It has branches in the Lehigh Valley and eastern Pennsylvania.
The closing share price of Fulton (NASDAQ:FULT) was $18.06 on Friday, giving the company a market capitalization of $3.29 billion.
