An eight-unit apartment building may go up at 2650 Linden St., Bethlehem, the site now of a single-family home.
The plan from Macada Associates, led by David Ronca, will be reviewed by the Bethlehem Planning Commission at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14. The commission meets at Town Hall and there will be a livestream available.
Linden Street has been a popular development site. The 61-unit apartment development behind the former Stefano’s restaurant is nearly finished, and units were being advertised for occupancy in December
Macada Partners paid $175,000 for the property in 2022, according to Northampton County records. The land is on the east side of Linden Street, across from Holy Saviour Cemetery.
The commission will also review a proposed three-story, six-unit apartment building at 1513 Maple St.
A limited liability corporation, Frankford Street Partners, acquired that quarter-acre property in July for $285,000, according to county records.
That site is between Woodlawn Avenue and Hickory Street, near Easton Avenue and St. Anne’s Catholic Church.
