Bethlehem City Council will hold its second and final vote Tuesday on granting Comcast a franchise to operate in the city.
The agenda is fairly light, though one never knows when people may wish to speak about issues that have nothing to do with the city, ranging from international conflicts to music to just about anything, including their feelings.
Comcast will compete with Service Electric Cable TV and RCN’s Astound for cable dollars.
Council will also vote on a resolution to move issues involving the Bethlehem Parking Authority to council’s Community and Economic Development Committee, taking parking from the Public Safety Committee.
Bethlehem City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3 in Town Hall, the building on Church Street between City Hall and the Bethlehem Area Public Library.
Agendas are subject to change. Check the city website for details.
