Yuengling to Start Selling Beer in Illinois in January

Yuengling will start selling beer in Illinois in January as the brewery’s Midwestern expansion continues.

The Schuylkill County-based beer maker will be available in Illinois on draft at the end of January, with more packages becoming available in the weeks after the rollout. Illinois will be the 28th state where Yuengling brews are available.

Yuengling, “the Oldest Brewery in America,” expanded earlier into Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.

D.G. Yuengling & Son is based in Pottsville, Pennsylvania and has been family-owned and operated since 1829. It makes a traditional lager, light lager, Black & Tan and other beverages.
