The Northwood Racquet & Fitness Club property in Lower Nazareth has been sold for $3 million, according to Northampton County records.
The Lower Nazareth Township property covers five acres. The new owner is a limited liability corporation, Northwood RF, with address given at the club, 3738 Northwood Ave.
“Northwood Racquet & Fitness club has served the Lehigh Valley for over 40 years,” according to the club’s website. “We provide our clients with a full service facility that serves their needs in tennis, fitness, racquetball, pickleball and wallyball.”
The county records show a sales date of Dec. 10.
