A retail building at 3812 Easton-Nazareth Highway has been sold for $5.43 million, according to Northampton County property records.
The building is right off Easton-Nazareth Highway, also known as Route 248, and across the entrance into the shopping center from Wawa.
The owner is Nazareth Crossings LLC; the property was sold by Lower Nazareth Realty Partners, according to county records.
The building is in Lower Nazareth Township and is home to a UPS Store, marijuana dispensary, T-Mobile store and a mattress store. It was built in 2009 and covers 14,000 square feet.
