Shift4, the Lehigh County-based payment processor, will hold its 2025 Investor Day and report fourth-quarter earnings on Feb. 18.
Shares of Shift4 (NYSE:FOUR) have been interesting recently, and on Friday rose $7.09 to $114.24. Founder and Chief Executive Jared Isaacman has been picked to lead NASA, but he maintains his stake in the company.
Fourth-quarter earnings will be reported shortly after 4 p.m. Feb. 18, followed by a conference call with Wall Street analysts at 4:10 p.m. before Investor Day starts at 4:30.

Forbes Real Time Net Worth assesses Isaacman’s wealth at $1.9 billion. That’s a big number, but perhaps even a little low with Shift4’s recent move up. At $1.9 billion, Forbes says he’s No. 1,738 in the world.
