Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks zoning relief for signs at the two buildings it proposes for the site of the former Martin Tower site.
LVHN will have two buildings at the site, which will be host to an HNL Lab, an Express Care center and a Women’s Health Center in what will be called “Lehigh Valley Health Network Tower Place.”
The hospital chain, now part of Jefferson Health, expects construction at the site to be done in spring of 2025, according to documents submitted to the City of Bethlehem.
Here is a link to the requests.
Those buildings are part of a large mixed-use development of medical offices, retail space and apartments where Bethlehem Steel Corp. made its headquarters. The vacant Martin Tower was demolished in 2019.
The zoning relief sought is for the size and location of signs for each building.
The City of Bethlehem Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26, in Town Hall to consider that and other requests. Agendas are subject to change.
Check the city website for updates and for links to a webcast of the meeting.
