Rosanna’s Restaurant in Bethlehem Is Still Closed After Three Years

Rosanna’s was supposed to come back as a deli, but it’s still closed.

— Jeff Ward, Lehigh Valley News Briefs

The former Rosanna’s Restaurant on Broad Street in Bethlehem has a sign in the window, noting that its closing date was Feb. 26.

That’s not Feb. 26, 2025, or 2024, or 2023, but 2022. Later in 2022, the restaurant’s Facebook page said it would reopen as a deli, with bagels, a full bar and more.

It was still closed as of March 3 (that’s 2025) and it looks pretty much the same as it did in 2022.

The property was sold in April 2022 for $1.05 million according to Northampton County property records.

For now, a prominent location in downtown Bethlehem remains vacant.
