Marco’s Pizza Plans to Add Franchises in Bethlehem and Whitehall

— Jeff Ward, Lehigh Valley News Briefs

Marco’s Pizza plans to enter what it calls the Philadelphia market with locations in Bethlehem and Whitehall Township.

“The first location is expected to open in Bethlehem in Q3 2025, followed by Whitehall in Q4 2025,” according to a press release from the Ohio-based pizza chain.

The company did not say exactly where the two locations will be.

One thing they will learn upon opening is that Lehigh Valley residents do not consider themselves to be part of the Philadelphia market. They’re part of the Lehigh Valley market.

Marco’s has more than 1,200 locations in 35 states and Puerto Rico, according to the company’s website.

Marco’s menu include pizza, pizza bowls (crustless pizza, they call it), sandwiches, salads, chicken wings and more. The chain was founded in 1978.
