A letter from the City of Bethlehem last year noted increased stormwater from the development.
The plans from Keystone Consulting Engineers proposes a 17-spot parking lot for the 25 total bedrooms.
The Bethlehem Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, in Town Hall. The agenda is posted on the city website. Agendas are subject to change.
