The Lightbridge Academy site in Bethlehem has been sold for $4.46 million, according to Northampton County property records.
Based on an ad, the school has a lease and will remain at 3001 Linden St., so the transaction appears to be an exchange of cash flows between investors.
The purchaser is a limited liability company with a Macungie address.
Linden Street has been developing with new commercial and apartment buildings.
Lightbridge is near the Linden Lofts, the apartments at the site of the former Stefano’s restaurant. Lightbridge is on the west side of Linden Street, the Lofts are on the east side behind a gas station.
The Lightbridge building went up in 2018. It covers about 11,000 square feet on 1.85 acres.
Lightbridge Academy provides childcare for infants through kindergarten.
