Allentown Man Sentenced to 50 Years to Life for Shooting Death of Teenager; Dispute Was Over a Bag of Chips

Elijah Patterson, 19, of Allentown was sentenced to 50 years to life for the 2022 killing of a teenager.

Patterson shot 15-year-old Treshawn Tracy at Stevens Park, according to a statement from Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan.

The shooting happened after an argument over a bag of chips, Holihan’s statement said.
