The Bethlehem Planning Commission will review tonight a proposal for 11 apartments on West Broad Street.
The developers, Marco Andretti and Spinozzi 2, a limited liability company, propose converting 817 W. Broad St. into four units, and 821-23 W. Broad St. into seven units.
The plan is to consolidate the lots into one parcel of about a half acre, with 11 apartments and 21 off-street parking spaces.
Andretti is a race driver who has competed on several circuits, including IndyCar.
The Bethlehem Planning Commission will meet Thursday, May 8 at 5 p.m. in Town Hall. The West Broad Street development is the only item on the agenda.
Agendas are subject to change.
