TLC Technologies of Bethlehem Acquired by Nova Advisory; Terms Not Disclosed

TLC Technologies of Bethlehem has been acquired by Nova Advisory.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed in a joint statement by the two firms.

TLC Technologies, based at 60 W. Broad St., is a CPM (corporate performance management) software consultant.

“We specialize in the implementation of OneStream Software,” TLC said in the joint statement announcing the transaction.

TLC said the transaction won’t mean any disruption to customers. The Bethlehem-based firm will operate as TLC, a Nova Advisory Company, with the same leadership.

Tom Foley, chief executive and president of TLC, and John Ambrose, executive vice president of business development, will remain with the organization, according to the statement.

Nova Advisory is based in Bellevue, Washington, and is privately held.
