A 41-year-old Allentown man has pleaded no-contest to involuntary manslaughter in the 2022 drowning death of his son.

Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan said Rafael Cabrera put his 23-month-old son, identified only as A.C., on a pool float and did not supervise him.

Cabrera pleaded no-contest and will serve five years of probation.
