A 52-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a child was apprehended in West Virginia today.
Kevin Esterly of Whitehall Township was taken into custody in West Virginia “after two police pursuits,” according to a statement from Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan, Allentown Police Chief Charles Roca said Pennsylvania State Police Troop M Commander Seth Kelly.
Esterly faces multiple charges, including rape, of a girl starting when she was 13, according to the law enforcement statement.
