A 39-year-old South Whitehall Township man will spend 20 to 40 years in state prison for raping a child, Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan said today.
Jeffrey Morris pleaded guilty to multiple charges, Holihan said. The victim — a distant relative of Morris — was 6 to 7 years old when the crimes occurred.
Morris was caught in 2023 after his wife found images of him assaulting the child. She notified South Whitehall police.
