Lower Saucon Township’s Zoning Hearing Board will review a request to develop 21 single-family homes at a meeting on Aug. 25, according to a legal notice.

The developer, known as “One More Steel City LLC,” seeks to put up the homes at 3679 Old Philadelphia Pike.

The site covers 7.7 acres. One More Steel City acquired the land in 2023 for $400,000, according to Northampton County property records. The limited liability corporation that owns the property lists an address in Bethlehem Township as its base.

The Lower Saucon Township Zoning Hearing Board will consider the Old Philadelphia Pike request and others at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 25.

Agendas are subject to change. Check the township website before the meeting.
