ArchKey Solutions has acquired Orlando Diefenderfer Electrical Contractors for an undisclosed price.
Allentown-based Diefenderfer was founded in 1920, according to a joint statement from the companies. Now, it’s part of a national business.
St. Louis-based ArchKey says “We are one of the few electrical contractors able to work on multiple large-scale projects simultaneously anywhere across the nation.”
“Together, we’ll broaden our impact,” Alex Maggitti Jr., president of Diefenderfer, said in the statement.
Adding Orlando Diefenderfer increases ArchKey’s geographic reach, the acquirer said in a press release.
