Iron Hill Brewery has closed all its restaurants, according to the chain’s Facebook page.
A call placed to the Whitehall Township location was not answered.
The brewery chain started in Delaware but later moved its headquarters to Exton, Pennsylvania.
Iron Hill’s website did not provide information on the closing as of 11 a.m. today.
The chain had locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and other states.
I was at one of these in the Philadelphia area a few years ago, it was alright but not memorable. One more brew pub with the usual fare and beer.
“We sincerely hope to return in the future,” the Facebook page says. What that means, who knows?
