The Easton Area School District has issued a restrained response to complaints about Kelly Keegan, a school nurse.
Several residents objected to Keegan’s comments about the death of Charlie Kirk, a Republican activist.
The district notes personnel issues must be handled carefully and not all information is made public.
“We want to be clear: an outcome that is not publicly discussed does not mean the matter was left unhandled or ignored. We are committed to due process and following all legal requirements,” according to the EASD statement.
