A warehouse property in Forks Township has been sold for $12.35 million, according to Northampton County property records.
The sale of about 13 acres at 610 Uhler Road, including a small tract off Kesslersville Road, was recorded Oct. 17 by the county.
County records say ABR Realty 1 was the buyer. That limited liability corporation is based at 795 Roble Road in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, near the Lehigh Valley International Airport.
The county document shows three buildings with total floor area of about 136,000 are on the property. An ad from Loopnet says the property has a temperature-controlled facility.
