Big real estate deals are even happening in the little Borough of Freemansburg.
Six properties in the borough have been sold for $8.7 million, according to Northampton County property records.
One property is at 1249 Pembroke Road, and the other five are on Pembroke Road and Washington Street. The sale covers about two acres total, according to the county website. The sale was recorded Dec. 2.
The buyer was Moyer Mooney Freemansburg, a limited liability corporation with a Whitehall Township address.
A real estate ad describes the property as a commercial warehouse. A self-storage and other businesses operate on the properties. County records say the uses of the properties are retail, warehousing, and motel/hotel.
