The building at 601 Stones Crossing Road was once home to Pastificio 601, an Italian-food foods market. It has been advertised as office space for lease.
Northampton County records list the buyer as Pureo Properties 601, a limited liability corporation in Palmer.
The building covers 34,020 square feet, according to the county. The land area totals 1.65 acres.
The property was sold in 1988 for $375,000.
