A Palmer Township industrial building has been sold for $6.56 million, according to Northampton County property records.
The 4 Danforth Drive property covers almost eight acres and has two buildings with total floor area of about 47,000 square feet, according to the county website. Danforth Drive is off Tatamy Road.
MW Components, a maker of metal springs, fasteners and other components, lists the 4 Danforth Drive property as its Sussex Wire business. MW Components is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
A real estate ad about 4 Danforth Drive noted, “Building can be sold either as an investment with tenant to remain in a portion or all of the building or sold for an end-user to use entire building.”
County records say Bestmark National Realty of East Stroudsburg was the buyer, and the property was sold by DD&R Partners.
