The Holiday Inn Express in Hanover Township has been sold for $7.28 million, according to Northampton County records.

The sale of the 20-year-old hotel at 3375 High Point Blvd. was recorded Jan. 15. The hotel faces Schoenersville Road to the west, and is near Lehigh Valley International Airport.

County records say the buyer is Danbury Real Estate, a limited liability corporation based in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. The seller was Allentown Hotel LLC.
The sale may be just an exchange of cash flows, not an indication of a change of use of the 4.9-acre property.
The hotel has 100 rooms and a gross floor area of 53,627 square feet, according to the county. It was built in 2006.
Holiday Inn Express is a brand of IHG Hotels & Resorts. Among IHG’s other brands are Staybridge Suites, Intercontinental and Hotel Indigo.
