One adult male and three juveniles have been charged with vandalism at Lights in the Parkway, Allentown’s holiday display.

The damages were estimated at $46,512. On Dec. 14, Allentown police found damaged lighting, and a portable restroom was pushed into Little Lehigh Creek.

Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan and Allentown Police Chief Charles Roca said Daniel Weaver, 18, of Lower Macungie Township, faces two felony counts of criminal mischief. He was arraigned today and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Three juveniles have been charged with criminal mischief. Their names were not disclosed.

Interviews and video surveillance led to the arrests, according to Holihan and Roca.

Here’s the statement from District Attorney Holihan and Chief Roca, and note, all are presumed innocent unless and until found guilty.
