A 42-year-old South Whitehall man has been charged in a “large scale child sexual abuse material” case, according to Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan and Pennsylvania State Police Trooper M Commanding Officer Seth J. Kelly.

They said today that Jared David Hudak, 42, faces 51 felony counts.

Police found more than 3,000 images and videos of child sexual-sexual activity on electronic devices at Hudak’s home, according to the joint statement. The home was searched in December.

The statement from Holihan and Kelly also notes that Hudak is presumed innocent “until and unless proven guilty.”

The charges could result in centuries of prison time, the press release said.

Jared David Hudak is free on $10,000 bail, according to the statement.
