A warehouse property in Upper Nazareth Township has been sold for $158 million, according to Northampton County property records.
The sale of the 83-acre property at 3363 Gun Club Road ranks among the biggest deals in Lehigh Valley history. The county recorded the sale on Feb. 18.
The county lists the warehouse at the site at just over 1 million square feet.
The buyer is BV1 East Valley Logistics, a limited liability corporation in New York City.
The seller was NP Gun Club Building.
The site is leased by warehouse company Western Post.
