Property along Green Pond Road in Bethlehem Township has been sold for $2.5 million, according to Northampton County property records
GP Real Estate Holdings, a limited liability corporation based at a private residence in Center Valley, acquired the 13 acres at 5301 and 5375 Green Pond Road as of March 17.
The land is on the north side of Green Pond Road and west of Country Club Road and a Route 22 offramp. The northern boundary is Route 22. The 5301 Green Pond address is the site of Green Pond Nursery.
The business is open. Nothing on the business website or the Bethlehem Township website indicates any change in use of the land.
Three other lots between the property and Green Pond Road have single-family homes on them.
