Lafayette College won’t bring women’s basketball coach Kia Damon-Olson next year.
The school announced the change today.
Damon-Olson took over the program in May 2017 and had a 92-161 record in nine seasons.
The Leopards’ women’s program has been futilely seeking success for decades, last winning regularly under Coach Pat Fisher in the 1990s.
Lafayette has never won a Patriot League title in women’s basketball.
The college will start a national search for a new coach.
