An 11-acre property in Lower Nazareth Township that has been approved for 88 apartments was sold for $2.528 million.
Northampton County recorded the sale of 730 Nazareth Pike (Route 191) on March 17. The property is on a stretch of road where other projects, including warehouses, have been proposed.
Lower Nazareth approved a plan in July 2025 for two 44-unit apartment buildings on the land, which is mostly open space now. There will also be eight garages at the site.
The project, known as HH Nazareth Nest, was earlier proposed as a 55-and-up residence, but now is a standard multi-family development.
At a January 2026 Lower Nazareth Board of Supervisors meeting, Developer Justin Huratiak said earth-moving started at the site last August, but that the township was interfering with his ability to carry out work at the site.
Below are some notes from that meeting, and the full minutes are available at this link.

The real estate website Zillow provides an image at what The Nest might look like in an ad for apartments that are not yet available.
