A juvenile took a loaded gun to Emmaus High School today, according to Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan and Emmaus Deputy Police Chief Bryan Hamscher.
The juvenile, who was not identified, faces felony charges.
The 9 mm semi-automatic handgun is a “ghost gun,” without a serial number.
School staff found the gun while conducting a search in connection with an unrelated incident. The gun was secured peacefully, Holihan and Hamscher said.
