N.J.-Based Firm Buys 12.8-Acre Property in Lower Saucon, Near Route 78, for $3 Million

A 12.8-acre rural property off Route 78 in Lower Saucon Township has been sold to a New Jersey-based firm for $3 million.

The land is mostly open space, with one home on it. It is east of Route 412 and near large warehouses and other commercial buildings in the City of Bethlehem.

Northampton County recorded the sale of 3880 Mockingbird Hill Road on March 17.

County records say the buyer is Menlo Executive Associates 1, a limited liability corporation whose address is given as a Post Office box in Short Hills New Jersey.

Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII off Route 412 is north of the property.

Lower Saucon’s most recent Planning Commission did not show any plans submitted for the land.
