The former Young’s Pharmacy in Bethlehem Township is back on the market again, according to a real estate ad.

Loopnet.com lists the property as for sale for $1.5 million. The two-story building has 10,908 square feet and sits on an acre-and-a-quarter lot at 3708 Freemansburg Ave.

Potential uses include “business office, professional use for dental or medical offices, retail stores, nursery school/day care or restaurant,” according to the ad.

Deibel Laboratories, a company that tests food and consumer products, planned at one time to move their west Bethlehem office to the old pharmacy, but that plan didn’t proceed. Deibel now has an office on Marcon Boulevard in Hanover Township (Lehigh County).

The property is owned by a Florida-based limited liability corporation, which acquired 3708 Freemansburg Ave. in June 2023 for $1.2 million.

Young’s Pharmacy closed in 2018.

Terms of sale of the property from the Northampton County website.
