Air Products and Chemicals Inc. completed its purchase of carbon-dioxide maker ACP Europe SA. Financial terms were not disclosed in a statement distributed by PRNewswire.
ACP has about 120 employees and serves customers in the food, horticultural, beverage and chemical industries, according to the statement.
Ivo Bols, Air Products Industrial Gases President for Europe and Africa, described the purchase as “a good, logical deal” that will help the Allentown, Pennsylvania-based company serve customers in continental Europe.
