Three Acres on Main Street in Hellertown Sold for $2.25 Million

— Jeff Ward, Lehigh Valley News Briefs

Three acres of land on Main Street in Hellertown, once part of Neighbors Home & Garden, has been sold for $2.25 million, according to Northampton County property records.

County records list the buyer as Limantour Properties, with an address listed on Main Street.

Neighbors closed in 2020 after more than 30 years in operation.

The property was advertised as an investment opportunity, with 400 feet of frontage on Main Street (Route 412) with a 6,000-square-foot building, and near Bucks County.

In April, Habitat for Humanity bought a two-acre site adjacent to 60 Main St., according to county records.

The buyer owns JCL Automotive which is adjacent to the north and I’m guessing is expanding.
