BEI Electrical has acquired Meisner Services, an HVAC company in Allentown.
BEI said Meisner will continue to operate independently. The related companies include BEI Electrical, Elek Plumbing and Faust heating and cooling.
“By joining forces with Meisner Services, we aim to combine our expertise and resources” to improve customer service, Bryan Lieberman, president of BEI Electrical, said in a press release.
BEI was founded by David Bollinger in the late 1960s as Bollinger Electric, according to the business’s website.
