Lower Nazareth Township will consider an 88-apartment complex at 730 Nazareth Pike (Route 191) on Monday, May 14.
The township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the HH Nazareth Nest, a plan for two 44-unit buildings. The buildings will be three stories high, according to a notice posted by the township.
The land is on the east side of Nazareth Pike, just south of the Nazareth Motel.
The Nazareth Nest has not been approved yet, but a rendition of the planned development is available at this website.
The Lower Nazareth Township Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, in the municipal building at 623 Municipal Drive.
The supervisors will consider the Nest as a conditional use, meaning it is allowed by the zoning code, but the township may choose to place conditions upon it.
The meeting agenda has not yet been posted. When it is, a link to a Zoom webcast of the meeting will be included. See the Lower Nazareth Township website.
Agendas are subject to change.
Route 191, north and south of Route 22, has been targeted by developers for housing, commercial uses and warehouses.
