Keystone Custom Homes, developer of Fallbrooke Farms in Breinigsville, plans a second Lehigh County project in Schnecksville.
Lancaster-based Keystone said the new “Views at Fells Creek” home sites and floor plans will be available starting Sept. 15.
Homes at Fallbrooke Farms start around $850,000, according to the website of Keystone Custom Homes. One model, The Devonshire, starts around $920,000.
It features quite a bit, and can be expanded to as many as seven bedroom and 8.5 bathrooms:
The Devonshire is a 4+ bed, 2.5+ bath home featuring an open floorplan, 2 staircases, and many unique customization options. Inside the Foyer, there is a Living Room to one side and Dining Room to the other. In the main living area, the 2-story Family Room opens to the Kitchen with a large eat-in island.
