Forks Town Center has been sold for $25.5 million, according to Northampton County property records.

The shopping center at 301 Town Center Blvd. has a Giant grocery store as its anchor tenant.

Here’s how an ad on Loopnet.com describes the Forks Township property:

“Forks Town Center is anchored by the ±66,792 SF Giant Food Store, and joined alongside notable national and regional retailers such as Chaar Pet, Fine Wine & Good Spirits and Dunkin’. With limited grocery options in the area, Forks is one of the main retail hubs of Easton.”

The ad also notes proximity to big employers and schools including Lafayette College.

The buyer is CFE Easton, a limited liability corporation based in Sayville, New York, county records say. The seller was Shoppes at Muncy Creek, a limited partnership.

The sale includes a property at 401 Town Center.

The shopping center has 599 parking spaces, according to the ad, and 16 stores, with a total area of 17.5 acres, county records say. The PNC Bank property at 401 Town Center covers 2.7 acres.
