A convenience-store property near the Wawa on Linden Street/Nazareth Pike in Bethlehem Township has been sold for $1.5 million.

The 0.86-acre property at the northeast corner of Nazareth Pike and Oakland Road is occupied by a Dunkin’ and Jack’s, also known as Cooper’s Express, a convenience store that also sells beer. It is just south of the Wawa at 3608 Nazareth Pike.

The Dunkin’ faces Linden Street / Nazareth Pike.

Northampton County recorded the sale on Jan. 28. The buyer is Lodia Property, based in Bethlehem. The seller was Rena Bornstein, according to county records. The building at Nazareth Pike and Oakland was built in 1978 and has 5,877 square feet of floor area.

The nearby Wawa opened in 2024 on the site of the former Leiser’s Rentals business. Leiser’s rented tools, party supplies, folding chairs, gardening equipment and many other items. The store also included had a display of animals founder Donald Leiser had hunted. Leiser died in 2006.

The Wawa has 16 gas pumps on a property that covers about four acres. The smaller convenience store at the corner predates the Wawa, and has stayed open despite competition from the big chain outlet.

Record of sale from Northampton County property records.

searched Lodia property LLC apparently they have the property near Macada and Linden street per Dun Bradstreet. Seems to be the gas station bitcoin beer vape shop across from Walgreens. Believe recently changed from Sunoco to non major name.

That’s the place. I agree, it probably isn’t Sunoco anymore.
